    ·         Ensured the revenue recognition and classification reported by VISA’s LAC Hubs, a total of $1.6B revenues for FY2014.

    ·         Partnered with Finance Internal Controls, Compliance, Legal and a Shared Business Center to ensure strong internal control environment for high-risk transactions, including value-in-kind services and goods provided to business partners.

    ·         Provide technical accounting guidance in order to ensure transactions are accounted accurately in Visa Inc.'s consolidated reports.

    ·         Review all US GAAP and local statutory reporting for a foreign entity.

    ·         Provided oversight of internal controls over business transactions, particularly high risk transactions including value-in-kind services provided to business partners.

    ·         Partnered with various back office functions to reinforce policies and procedures ensuring that prompt remediation actions were taken when necessary in order to enhance internal controls.  

    ·         Examined GL reconciliations, P&L variance analysis, intercompany activity and A/R aging.

    ·         Acted as department liaison to internal, external and SOX auditors and lead remediation activities as required.  

    ·         Performed various strategic investment analysis and recordkeeping.

    ·         Managed revenue, investment and tax sections of quarterly and annual reporting package.

    ·         Directed activities of fixed asset and GL accountants.
